A thorough deep-clean of your home can take anywhere from 8 to 15 person-hours of labor. Because I have no employees and it’s just me, it could take longer than one day to deep-clean your home. For deep-cleaning, my rate is $300 for the first 8 hours, and then $30 per hour for any remaining hours needed.
Your home will look and feel very clean and fresh when I am done. Services I provide to clean your home, depending on what all it needs:
Whole House:
- Sweeping
- Mopping
- Dusting (including ceiling fans and any other fixtures)
- Vacuuming
- Wiping down blinds; straighten blinds
- Wash or vacuum curtains, if any
- Dusting and wiping down baseboards, window sills and tracks
- Clean doors
- Clean under or behind furniture
- Scrubbing tiles and grout
- Washer and dryer: clean tops, fronts, and exposed sides, and under and around the lid
- Clean windows (interior)
Bathrooms:
- Wipe down and sanitize countertops
- Wipe down cabinets and drawers, exteriors and interiors
- Polish mirrors
- Clean toilet, inside and outside, base, trim/baseboard behind toilet
- Clean shower: door, tracks, trim/baseboard
- Wipe down and sanitize sinks
- Shine all fixtures
Kitchen:
- Wipe down and sanitize countertops
- Wipe down cabinets and drawers, exteriors and interiors
- Clean the oven: interior and exterior
- Clean the stove-top / cooktop burners, drip-pans, burner rings, knobs
- Clean stove vent-hood
- Clean microwave: interior and exterior
- Clean the dishwasher, interior and exterior
- Clean fridge, interior and exterior
- Shine all fixtures
Not included, but offered separately:
- Patching nail holes
- Drywall repairs
- Paint touch-ups
- Power-washing exterior of the home and windows
- Caulking
